• Identity and contact details — your name, email address, and phone number.
• Location data — pickup and drop-off addresses for every job, and, for drivers, live GPS location while a delivery is in progress so shippers can track it.
• Payment information — card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers ourselves.

We use your data to:

• Match shippers with nearby, available drivers and dispatch jobs.
• Process payments, commission, and weekly driver payouts.
• Send transactional communications — job offers, status updates, receipts, and account notices.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

We share data with a small number of service providers who process it on our behalf, strictly to operate the platform:

• Stripe — to process card payments and driver payouts.
• Supabase — our database, authentication, and file storage provider.
• Resend — to deliver transactional emails.

We do not sell your personal data, and we only share what each provider needs to perform its function.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data, subject to legal and accounting retention requirements.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

We retain account and job data for up to 2 years after your last activity on the platform, after which it is deleted or anonymised, except where we're required to keep it longer for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
